Excerpt
In the morning, she went to the henhouse and gathered eggs for breakfast. When she fed the chickens they were busy eating and it was easy to find the eggs. She carefully took the eggs to the house to give to her mom then went back outside.

She fed her pony and made sure he had water, and then checked the water in the tank for the pigs. It would be a hot day and without water they could die. They had a shady area to lie in so they would stay cool.
