Stonehenge is located in Wiltshire County in England. It is a prehistoric monument composed of standing stones that sit in a circular setting. Archaeologists originally believed that the monument was erected around 2500 BCE. More recent theories have suggested that this estimate may have been off by several hundred years in either direction.
